Payment

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure inventory.
  • Balance: Remaining 50% plus shipping costs must be settled prior to dispatch.

  • Lead Time: Standard lead time is 7-14 business days from deposit receipt.
  • Shipping: All quotes are EXW (Ex-Works) Mae Chai, Phayao. Freight costs are calculated at the time of order.
  • Packaging: Standard Bulk Packaging is 50kg heavy-duty plastic sacks.
